Terms & Conditions

1. Booking of Tours
A prepayment of 20% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required for air/train tickets at the time of booking.
Upon receiving the initial payment, we will start arranging hotels, transportation, and other trip essentials.
An additional 30% payment is due once arrangements are confirmed, and the remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the tour start date.
Prices are subject to fluctuation and may be adjusted based on currency or market changes.

2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing. The following charges will apply:

Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: Refund of 50% of the prepayment.
Cancellation 20-30 days before arrival: Refund of 30% of the prepayment.
Cancellation 10-20 days before arrival: Refund of 20% of the prepayment.
Cancellation 10 days or less before arrival: No refund.

3. Amendments to Bookings
We aim to accommodate changes in your booking whenever possible. However, modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. High-Season Policy
During peak season (e.g., December 20 to January 5), full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and cancellations during this period are non-refundable.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Varanasi Behind is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., airlines or transportation providers).
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation (e.g., passports, visas).
